Spotlight on Conigent’s Ann Gatewood

Ann has twenty year's experience in consulting, project management and business requirements gathering in all facets of various industries, including operations, logistics, finance and service. She has implemented multiple ERP systems and has assisted clients in implementing business change and best practices through the entire implementation cycle. Her expertise with the interfaces between all functions in an organization allows her to understand the various business needs throughout software selection and the implementation cycle.
Ann also delivers quality education and training in the areas of ERP, operations management, business process analysis, change management, supply chain and performance measurement. She has developed and delivered classroom and internet-based training in multiple resource management areas. Her 22 years in the supply chain field provides best practice-based consulting and education geared to unique user and organizational needs.
Ann has been a member of APICS (The Association for Operations Management) since 1983, and currently serves as Chair of their International Certification programs. She is a frequent speaker at national and international industry conferences and events and provides training in multiple ERP packages, Lean, change management, project management and leadership programs. She is also a long-standing member of the American Society for Training & Development.
