Integrated Philanthropy Program

Inspired by Salesforce.com’s 1/1/1 model, the Conigent Integrated Philanthropy Program is based on a simple principle: Donate 1% of Conigent’s resources to support organizations that are working hard to impact our corner of the world. Conigent’s ultimate goal is to share our time, money, and talent to help support our communities.

The 1/1/1 Model

• 1% Time: We promote a culture of compassion here at Conigent, helping employees find meaningful ways to volunteer their time in exchange for four paid days off per year.

• 1% Service: Conigent offers free consulting services to help nonprofits optimize their business processes by implementing cloud-based software applications. 

• 1% Profit: Conigent donates 1% of its profits to support community outreach initiatives, education, technology, and employee-inspired volunteer projects.
